How Timo Scout works
In short: Timo Scout checks 9,000+ employer career sites every day, keeps the jobs with real AI work at mid-level and above, removes jobs that close or pass 14 days, and links every job to the employer's own application page.
Where the jobs come from
Every job comes from an employer's own career site, read through employer hiring systems. We do not take jobs from other job boards. Sites that re-list other employers' jobs are left out.
Which jobs we keep
A model reads each new posting and decides whether the role involves real AI work: building, deploying, leading, selling or governing AI systems. Jobs that only mention AI in passing are left out. We keep mid-level and senior roles in the US, UK, Canada, UAE and Saudi Arabia, posted in the last 14 days.
How we keep the list current
The list is rebuilt every day. A job leaves the site when a successful refresh detects that the employer has taken it down, or when the posting is more than 14 days old. Its page then tells visitors the job has closed. The list was last rebuilt on 7 Nov 2026 with 1,003 jobs from 597 employers.
What we add to each job
The job title and description are the employer's own words, shown as published. We add the facts around them: how the pay compares with similar roles, how often the job's skills appear in similar roles, and the employer's other open AI jobs. These figures are computed from the jobs on this site, not estimated.
How applying works
The apply button opens the employer's own application page. Timo Scout does not collect applications or charge employers for listings.
Who runs Timo Scout
Timo Scout is run by Amotion AI in Dubai and led by Poorna Reddy. Pages are built automatically from the daily job data.
Corrections and removals
Employers can ask us to remove or correct a job, and anyone can report an error, through our contact form.
